Meats are graded based on marbling. These grades range from Prime, being the highest, to canner, being the lowest. Your average grocery store sells Select or Choice grade meats. At No Bull Prime Meats we only produce meats rated the highest Prime grade.
No antibiotics, no artificial flavors, no artificial colors and no synthetic additives found in any of our products. Our meats, our animal feed and all meat processing is clean...the way it should be.

We asked Brett Rizzi, owner/rancher of No Bull Prime Meats: . Why is it important that No Bull has its own processing facility? It is important because we can offer customize any type of meat, produce and package it, smoke any of our meats, etc. By owning our own processing facility right here in Albuquerque, we cut out the middle man so our meat goes from our Estancia, NM ranch, to our facility, to our North Valley Albuquerque store, to your table! Other markets have to use an outsourced processing facility to slaughter, process, and then the meat gets sent to their stores. The processing may or may not take place in NM. No Bull does it all. It’s ALL local! Our ranch, processing facility, and store are all within a 60 mile radius.
